By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Scope: This Page Covers the Website, Not the Clinical Platform
These Terms apply only to your use of this marketing and informational website. Use of the Prescient Healthcare clinical intelligence platform by a hospital system customer is governed separately by that customer's master services agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA), not by these Terms. 2. Use of the Site
This Site is provided for informational purposes about Prescient Healthcare's platform and services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its related systems, or networks; harvesting or scraping content without permission; and submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Prescient Healthcare name and marks — are the property of Prescient Healthcare AI Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any clinical use of the Prescient Healthcare platform occurs solely under the terms of a separate agreement with a licensed healthcare organization and remains subject to that organization's clinical judgment and oversight.
